So I killed it and removed it from my Android phone. It caused my Android phone to connect to every single open wifi network, even random wif-connected printers, streaming devices, etc., even just driving by a random house. It was a separate app for Android that one could download. I tried out the Cricket wi-fi manager 2 years ago when I switched to Cricket.
